Tell me about where you live. Im particularly interested in NY and Austin. Do any of you live in Austin? or Baltimore?
Also, I have always dreamed of working for a magazine. How do I do this? Journalism major? English?
Anyone have a zine or project that needs more contributors? I want to create!

I'm very sensitive to weather and feel it in the marrow of my bones.
Right now the wind is blowing.
Unlike back on the island where there is always sea-wind ... it rarely seems to exist here.
Being a child of the wind I always notice its absence and rejoice in its return.
Earlier, I stood still and shut my eyes and felt it tousle my hair and chill the southern-sweat on my neck.
Undeterred by the stiff breeze or me, a red and auburn explosion of Cardinals are fighting over their place at the bird feeder.
Their feathers are disheveled and their chirping is excited.
I miss summer storms for it has been too long.
For the calming vibration of thunder and the hypnotic patter of droplets upon the roof and greenery.
It hasn't rained enough this summer and the grass in my yard is browning and brittle.
Leaves are draining their color, curling, dropping, and letting the wind toss them about as if autumn was early.
I've emerged reluctantly from my hibernation and attended to a multitude of tasks.
I think it was the wind calling me out.
I'm still in a vow of silence for most everyone in my life other than Matthew.
I never shut out Matthew.
Perhaps, I can give my voice to the wind and let it carry it off and render me mute.
Therefore, I no longer would feel guilt.

i know i just posted yesterday, but i went to salvation army and a local thrift shop (i forget the name of it, it was my first time there!) with my friend and i'm excited about my finds! it's been over 24 hours since i posted so i don't think i'll get in trouble ;p

This is my first time posting here, I got my camera yesterday, a nikon d60, I'm happier than anyone should be, but anyway, I'm still learning, didn't quite get the hang of it and today i was chillin in my room, then a bug flew and layed on my bed, so, i ran to my computer desk and got my camera.
